The biscuits and gravy I enjoyed this morning were delicious and generously portioned, paired perfectly with steaming hot coffee served by the friendly owner, Haley Kline. I left excited to return and try other options like their turkey pesto bacon Havarti on a garlic bagel or one of the many bagels with tasty spreads.

The biscuits and gravy at this bagel shop are served in generous portions and are absolutely delicious. The owner, Haley Kline, personally brought my order to the table and made me feel very welcome. The bagel menu offers a variety of choices, like the Turkey Pesto Melt on a Havarti garlic bagel, which I can't wait to try next time I visit. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make this place a top breakfast and lunch spot in Placerville.

The go to breakfast restaurant in Placerville. Very personable owner and employees. The Signature sandwich is outstanding !

This company has fallen down hill more then any other I've ever been to! What a crying shame-good unique food [when made correctly] but the poorest service in Placerville. I blame the owner, Kelly. As a past student of hers I was excited to find out she started a business. At the beginning there was no question about the quality work and food this company provided but now it is all I can do to sit there waiting for my food and not complain. I tried explaining my frustration to Kelly on multiple occasions and the only thing she did was apologize. She should avoid hiring little girls to do a woman's job. The girl that works for some HVAC company really needs an attitude check. Not only have I been displeased with how long it takes to prepare food but I cannot even order to-go. They answer the phone and set it down [I've seen] or worse they shut the phone off. The staff refuses to relay any concerns to Kelly - as they know the work they produce is poor. At this point it may sound like I'm ranting but I really want people to be warned before considering this place. In the past we would discontinue going there due to the frustrations listed [the tip of the ice berg is all I've described-this really could be a novel :) ] but now I regret going and waiting 30 mins to get locally made food with trash can service. Who gives people dirty looks for coming in? Who intentionally plays phone games as not to deal with orders? Who argues with clients when food is made incorrectly? I'll tell you it's Bagel Works owned by Kelly - run by Children - in Placerville CA 95667
