The employees That Suppose to Answer The Phone on Sunday Never Got A Damm Answer Oct 8 At All Maybe They Will Close This Location!!! I Will Be Getting In Contact The Top Boss Bet On It!!! Solong Ohh By The Way If You Want To Post Review They Wont Let You Put No Star Review!!! Zero Star For Me!!!!

Horrible experience!!! I NEVER complain but I MUST tell this story! Placed an order for curbside on 4/18/21 to pickup at 2:30pm. Received a text at 2:49pm that it was ready and on the way out. Almost 30 min afterwards food still hadn’t arrived. Later on a girl came out to deliver our food (so we thought) and it was the wrong order so we ended up going in behind her to just get it ourselves. We we arrived home our food was cold (had to microwave) then on top of THAT we were missing 2 salads!!!! I called the restaurant more than 5 times and could not get ahold of ANYONE. This use to be one of my fav restaurants but sadly I will not be returning.

My husband and I have mixed feelings. He liked it, I thought it was horrible. My steak when it was presented looked like a chunk of overcooked meat. The veggies would have been ok had they been cooked a little longer. We waited ages for the meal also and the server was apologetic so that was not my imagination that it was slow. The fries were the worst ever! They were scant and so bitter, the oil they were cooked in had to be rancid. I said to my husband it looked, and tasted, as if they were left overs from someone else's plate! For me this was a terrible experience thinking Texas Roadhouse would be good because the one in Columbus was so busy we didn't wait to get in. I fgured it would be excellent.
