They don't even deserve one star other than the fact they didn't spit in our food which we had to check to make sure.
First they did not greet when we pulled up, did not tell us our total or thanks, came around to the window and the woman told me to pull forward and back up. Uh, no. I wasn't going to be apart of them cheating their timer. She ordered me to do it again. I again refused. Another girl stuck her head out and yelled for me to. I refused and said I needed to pay. The girl snatched my card from me and growled, slamming the window and cursing profanities loudly. She handed my card back and told me to pull up to the side. No, I haven't gotten our food and there's no one behind me. So they slammed the window and gave me the drinks which were not correct, then told me to pull around to the other side of the building. No, we haven't received our food. And still no one behind me.
In my opinion, the entire staff needs to be overhauled. They should not be allowed to play the system and tell their customers to get off thetimer so they aren't responsible for their laziness. Down right rude and absolutely inappropriate behavior for a service provider...
