I believe in patronizing locally owned restaurants. They typically have worked really hard to be successful! One of the reasons I chose Hickory Falls... The food was nothing special and the service was terrible - I was in the bar. I complained to the manager and the owner and I could not believe how condescending the manager was - she actually laughed at our complaint about the service. I asked for her manager and the owner came out. He proceeded to let me know they serve 8K customers per month and I could go to another restaurant... I guess being open to a customers concerns is no longer important since he serves 8k customers and I am only 1 out of 7999 customers. Truly a sad experience when there are soo many other locally owned restaurants who would truly love to have your business! Please choose another restaurant...

My husband and I really like Hickory Falls. We go often .Tonight we had a bad server, he asked at end of meal did we need a water refill, didn't ask if we needed more rolls. Overall he had a bad attitude. There was a manager asking people if everything was okay, he didn't ask us or I would had told him. We will go back ,but will ask for another server if we get him, or leave.
