I visited this restaurant with my family. It took an hour for us to get our burgers and we didn't get one drink refill. The server ignored us for most of the night. Finally one of my party complained to the hostess about our drinks. Then the manager comes up to our table defending the lack of drink refills and our late food. We were told to wait at our table because the manager "Bob" would be back with something for us. He never came. We waited for 15 minutes for him to come by, and he never did. During this time, another table complained to us about how poor they felt the experience was too.Then we finally decided to leave. He was at the door and was completely rude to us. He started with an apology but the sarcasm and condescending tones in his voice were obvious.Towards the end of the conversation he lost all since of manners. I will never go back to this restaurant and I encourage everyone to do the same!!!
