I love Cookout in the Carolinas, especially the one near NC State in Raleigh where I tried their delicious burger tray and white cheddar cheese bites for the first time. The line can be a bit long, but it's worth the wait for their fresh chargrilled burgers and amazing hush puppies. Xavier, the cashier in the mornings, always makes sure my order is right and greets me with a smile, adding to the great experience every time.
