Harpers is a lively local haunt with affordable draft beers and a welcoming atmosphere for those who enjoy a bit of smoke with their drinks. The pool tables may need some maintenance, but the strong drinks, friendly staff, and fun crowd make it a worthwhile dive bar experience.
