Last night at Bar Louie, Shyanne, the bartender, handled a difficult situation with calm professionalism despite some rude customers, which truly stood out to me. The food was consistently delicious, especially the Smash Burgers and lunch specials, and the service from CJ and Masona was friendly and attentive even during busy times. The dog-friendly patio and laid-back atmosphere made for a relaxing evening, and the overall experience reminded me fondly of earlier days spent at the original Bar Louie in Chicago.
