The cappuccinos at Rachel's in Ocean Beach are a must-try, with great ambience, service, and food, including the delicious buttermilk fried chicken sandwich with caramelized onions, iced lattes, and a variety of other breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, making it the best spot for coffee on the island.
