I visited Sam's Club following a trip to Walmart in search of an electric mattress pad, which I found at a discounted price. The staff at Sam's Club were attentive and friendly, a refreshing change from the poor customer service I experienced at Walmart. Overall, it was a positive experience, although the long lines at the registers and the push towards self-checkout were minor drawbacks for me.
