While exploring the Andouille Trail one Saturday, I discovered Tod's, the only open spot on the trail amidst several closed restaurants. This cozy market offers a variety of made-to-order foods and regional products, and I enjoyed a delicious andouille sandwich with crispy onion rings that I'd gladly return for on my next visit.
