Attended my niece's 30th birthday celebration here recently and was impressed by the service provided by our server, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. The food, particularly the nachos, exceeded my expectations in terms of both portion size and flavor. Despite a slight delay in receiving our meals, the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make this a place worth revisiting.

My friends were served a calzone and a burger, while I waited and waited for my grinder. We asked 3 times if food was coming. Were just told it was coming. No excuse and no explanation. I finally cancelled the order as it still had not come as my friends finished their lunch.

I am glad I cancelled because I have since read other reviews about terrible service, long waits for food, bad food, and that its just a dirty restaurant.
