GREAT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE

This place is just awful, i was meeting someone at Shanks and could not be on time, so i called and called about twenty times within two/three hours and the mail box always full, no one ever answer the phone. My date thinks I stood our meeting up, not so. Instead i looked bad for something I couldn't control and that person will not even have a clue of me trying so hard to leave a message so they don't wait for me.
Just irresponsible service as well as the people running it!
