4 STARS FOR THE GOODNESS OF GREENLEE'S CINNAMON BREAD.
MY COSTCO (ALMADEN EXPWY, SAN JOSE, CA.) SELLS IT IN A 2-PACK.

I ordered 6 loaves of their cinnamon bread on 12/22/21 through Paypal. Thank goodness I used Paypal so that I had confirmation of order. Today is January 12,2022 & I have never received my order.
I emailed them 3 times via Paypal & once through their online portal (that promises a response in 48 hours). It looks like it was shipped via FedEx on 12/29, but I have never received ANY communication from Greenlee's.
I called them today & was abruptly told that the person dealing with online orders was not in today & to call back tomorrow. When I asked what the persons name was, they hung up on me!"¦what?! I called back & asked for name & she said, I can't help you! I responded & said, I simply want the persons name so I can ask to speak to them tomorrow. Wow.
So SUPER DISAPPOINTED. My first two emails to them discussed how much our family fell in love with their bread & then in November Whole Foods stopped carrying it. Looks like my 3 year old will be sad for a bit, but can not support business that clearly does not care about customer service.
I am all about supporting small businesses, especially now, but I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND their online ordering. It may be possible, if you live in San Jose & can go to their store in person they have better customer service. I want my $64.00 returned since I have never received my order.
