Stopped by on Tues picked up 2 filets, 1 New York for 2, bacon, kielbasa and bologna.
Everything looks so fresh and delicious. I have had the filet before and didn't need a knife to cut it. It was excellent grilled to med rare. Tender as could be.
I'll be stopping in again, coming from the west side.

The very best meat. Only one problem in 30 years, my well meaning kids on their way over here stopped and got me a bunch of t- bones. Bless their hearts. They meant well.....but they got lean meat. At my age of 80 and a lifetime of corn fed beef.....lean beef just doesn't have the great flavor of well marbled beef. I gotta have my fat!!!

$40 for 3 smoked pork chops and the summer sausage turned green after 3 days. This was at point ruston, but will never go back.

I've been getting the smoked pork chops and pepperoni for year and the pork chops are to die for. Worth the drive from Yakima

A friend gave us a flank steak from Owens Meats! Holy Cow! Better than a filet! No joke - it was fantastic! We'll be filling our cooler next time we head over the pass!
