The food here is fantastic, and I've become a regular visitor. Awesome, authentic cuisine! The food comes fast and hot, and the prices are reasonable.They have the best tasting homemade salsa. We go there anytime we're near it.

Most of the foods good, but what counts huge is pleasing your customers. We asked to fry the flour shell for her tacos and he said sorry we won't do it. Seriously you can't fry a flour tortilla shell. Why? So in other words don't ask for anything that's not printed on the menu. Whoever the owner is your losing business, you should please your customer. Its not an outrageous request!!!!!!!! Someone else got your business and they fried the shell no problem😨😨😨😨

My daughter and I came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon because of the recommendation of Katrina at the JC Penney store in the mall. YUMMMM!!!!!! The chips and salsa are fresh, the rice is fantastic, and the sauce on my Pollo Chipotle was so good my daughter said she could eat it on her Rice Krispies!!! Even though we had a long wait to get seated because they were so busy, it was well worth the wait! Even though I live in Grand Rapids and my daughter lives in Ontario, we are already planning to meet at El Cozumel for lunch again soon.

El Cozumel is my favorite place to eat. I eat there once a week and have done so for for a few years. The portions are descent and reasonable for the price. I love the complementary chips and homemade salsa! The wait staff is very friendly and attentive. The only thing negative thing I have to say is that the one time I ordered a mixed drink (which was was large and very, very tasty) it was pricey.

Horrible service. Asked for chicken tacos and they said it's not on the menu. Everything is over priced. Place is empty on a Friday night meaning people would rather go somewhere else. Margaritas were too sour, cheap tequila taste. Will never go back.
