The food here is always spot on, and they're great about customizing orders exactly how I want them, like when I asked for no roll on my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and got it just right. Their bagels, especially with extra butter, remind me of the kind my mom used to make-soft, flavorful, and perfect with a quick zap in the microwave. Frank and the staff run a friendly, attentive operation with delicious coffee and sandwiches, making it worth stopping by even if you're coming from a bit of a distance.

The food is consistently delicious and they always accommodate my custom requests. I appreciate that they serve ketchup on the side in packets, catering to my preference. Their attention to detail, like adding my special request to the notes, always impresses me.
