My Husband Kevin and I go for the steak dinner on Monday Nites and it is a good steak dinner for the money.
I don't know what J.R does when he cooks those steaks but they sure are good!!! you have your choice of baked potato or J.R.'s scalloped potatoes, we go for J.R.'s scalloped potatoes, they are hot cheesy and creamy, you also get a nice side salad with your meal, the salad is help yourself in the back by J.R. cooking! There is nothing fancy about Carol"s is it just a nice typical local bar with good food and pretty decent service. You have to get there early to put your order in for your steak, as they sell out fast to the regular customers.
