My mom and I enjoyed breakfast today, where I chose the New Mexican Breakfast while she had the Breakfast Burrito. The food suited our tastes perfectly, especially with my preference for spice and her milder choices, and I appreciated the addition of Escabeche as a side. The attentive service kept our drinks full, and the overall cleanliness added to the pleasant experience, making me eager to return.
