I heard a rumor that Lou's was closed, but I can assure you it's very much open and thriving. This is my go-to destination in Jefferson, where I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Recently, I took a nostalgic trip down memory lane, reminiscing about the legendary Swampwater while enjoying a few drinks with friends, and it felt just like the good old days.
