There's a diner in Austin that's been around for ages and serves up massive plates of biscuits and sausage gravy. The prices are great, and they even have a special menu for seniors that's a steal. It's got a classic diner vibe and a lot of vegetarian options too. The ginger wheat pancakes are a must-try if you stop by!
