After a long day and searching for somewhere to eat, I enjoyed a juicy, flavorful burger with great fries and wings featuring a breading I rank alongside the best, experienced friendly service despite short staffing, appreciated the casual, rustic atmosphere with baseball memorabilia, found the prices reasonable for the generous portions, and though the fries could improve and service was a bit slow during busy times, the made-to-order burgers and variety of sides like onion rings and fried pickles kept me coming back.

After my son's track meet at Alamo Heights, we finally settled on grabbing some burgers and fries to refuel. The cooks were hustling in the kitchen, and the staff up front were friendly despite being short-handed. The wings were a standout for me, rivaling even Wingstop's best. The bottom bun got a bit soggy from the grease, but overall, it was a satisfying meal.
