I ordered 2 lbs of Brisket to take out..When I got home, there was so much fat on the brisket, I couldn't eat it..I used my wife's food scales and separated the White Jelly-like fat from the lean meat..I actually received 2.2 lbs of "brisket"..or 34 ounces..19 Ounces were fat..15 ounces were edible...and it cost me $ 25.88..Won't be stopping at the "Shack" again
