Whenever I visit Abilene, I make sure to stop by Betty Rose for their amazing barbecue, especially the brisket, ribs, and those buttery potatoes with mushrooms and onions. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, and even when it gets busy, the atmosphere stays welcoming and the food consistently hits the mark.

During my recent visit to Abilene, I made sure to stop by this restaurant, which consistently serves delicious dishes ranging from chicken to beef. The ribs were particularly impressive, and the staff accommodated my request for well-done okra without any issues.
