I've been enjoying Bill's Bar-B-Que for over 20 years, and they never disappoint with their fresh, tender meats, especially the brisket. I have frequented Bills for more than two decades, and they consistently cater our private events with fresh, hot, and tender dishes. The sliced brisket is exceptionally flavorful and tender, complemented by a well-made coleslaw. While I found the beans lacking in my preferred flavor profile, the overall experience was enjoyable with great service and a decent ambiance.
