I have never had a problem at Billy Bob's... until today. The first time they made my order, they put cheese when I did not order it. I came back around the drive-through and they remade it for me with no cheese. However, when I checked that order, they had left off the jalepenos that I had asked for. By this time I was irritated, so I pulled into a parking spot and walked up to the window. Here's how that conversation went:
lady at window to Tony: "Hey, that ladys back again"
Tony to me: "How can I help you?"
me (calmly): "I don't know what the problem is because I never have a problem when I come here but there are no jalepenos on these burgers"
Tony: "I took your order and you didn't order jalepenos"
Me: "Yes, I did"
Tony:" NO, you didn't"
Me (completely in shock that he was talking to me like that and actually arguing with a customer): "I can't believe you're talking to me like that! You know what, I don't want the food anymore, just give me my money back."
Tony: "Fine, but I took your order and I know that you ordered cheese and not jalepenos."
Me (realizing that I still need the food that my husband asked for, changed my mind and asked for the food): "Just put the jalepenos on there"
Tony: "Oh so now you want the food?!"
Me: "yes"
He grabs my bag and walks to the back where I can't see him...
He came back to the window with my food.
Me: "You charged me for cheese, I want my money back for that"
Tony: "Oh, you want the money back! We'll just do this... (huffed his breath)"
He gave me the money back for my whole order and with a smart attitude told me to have a nice day.
That's not the end. I get home and open up the burgers, he had put two BIG handfuls on jalepenos and sloppily threw them on both the burgers!
I will never go there again!
