During my recent lunch, I sampled the shrimp cocktail and the deviled shrimp, or diablo camarones. While the shrimp cocktail had a strong cocktail sauce flavor that I found a bit overwhelming, the deviled shrimp impressed me with its rich, smoky chipotle sauce and melted cheese, making it the standout dish of the meal, complemented by friendly service and a quick turnaround on food despite the busy noon hour.
