I went through the drive-thru, which wasn't busy, for once. When I got to the window, three employees were standing there trying to shoo a bug off their counter. One of them ended up using her hand to knock it out the window, and it ended up flying into my car. They all stood there and laughed. One girl handed me my order without saying a word. No "thank you " or "have a nice day". These people should be taught some customer service skills, along with some common courtesy.
