Dissaponted. My husband and I Ordered over $50 of online delivery food during quarantine while recovering from covid. Door dash driver contacted us to inform that he was unable to pickup and order would be cancelled due to restaurant closing earlier than normal. My account was charged and restaurant declined to return money for failed transaction and lack of service rendered. Restaurant claimed Door dash should be liable but I do not agree since order was cancelled and never picked up. Corporate was contacted but assumed no responsibility even after proof of order being cancelled with doordash and bank charges provided of account transaction. We had to order food elsewhere and ended up paying $76 for food that afternoon. The restaurant a had to be off balance on their transactions to show this discrepancy, yet I was never offered any type of compensation or reimbursed for failure of services rendered. I used to be a loyal customer until then. Some dishonest employee blatantly kept my money.
