On two recent visits to the Lake Rd./439 Belton location, I experienced fast, attentive service with hot, tasty chicken and a friendly atmosphere, even during busy times when the general manager personally ensured my order was handled quickly. While the food consistently impressed me, especially the tenders and gravy, I did notice the sweet tea wasn't as good as before, and the bathroom cleanliness could be improved.
