During our summer road trip across Texas and Arizona, we made a pit stop at Coopers for lunch. The initial wait to be seated was a bit frustrating, as we stood unnoticed for about 10 minutes before finally being acknowledged. Despite the service hiccups, the food was excellent - from the flavorful southwestern Benedict to the sweet yet unique Creme Brulee French Toast.
