I've been missing Captain Billy's burgers since we moved away from Waco last year; nothing else comes close. I took a chance on a new spot yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and tasty everything was, especially the fries and the juicy junior burger with jalapeño cheese. The staff was super friendly, and I even went for a double order of onion rings, which were hand-battered and perfectly crispy-definitely a place to hit up when I'm back in town!
