amazing food

I am originally from El Salvador, so my family and friends have been customers of El Pulgarcito for many years. Today we ordered food online and went to pick it up all the way from Gardner. When we got home we noticed that there was food missing and also, the chicken tamales were undercooked and mushy! We had to throw them away. I called the restaurant to let them know and their response was that this is how they make the tamales there and that absolutely no one had complained about the food. Also, that they know our order was complete. I'm really upset because it's like they were calling me a liar! They don't care about making their customers happy and satisfied. I know they have a lot of them, but we will never eat anything from that dump again! What a great disappointment!
