The food at Carmelita's is absolutely delicious. We tried their lunch buffet and had a feast of beef enchiladas, Carne Asada, Mole, rice, beans, chicken fajitas, broccoli rice casserole, and more for only $10.99. The staff is so friendly, and we even picked up some tamales for Christmas Eve - they were fantastic!
