My husband and I were responsible for the wedding cake and ordered a strawberries and cream cake from Mexican Bakery Mama Ines in Lafayette, which everyone loved-including the bride and groom who had fun smashing it in each other's faces-and beyond the cake, I've been consistently impressed by their authentic Mexican pastries, breads, tamales, burritos, and desserts like tres leches and chocoflan, all of which bring back memories of Mexico with their traditional flavors, variety, and freshness, making it my favorite bakery with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere that I look forward to visiting again.

A bakery in Lafayette, IN offers a delectable strawberries and cream cake that was a hit at a recent wedding I attended. The variety of Mexican pastries, tamales, and burritos at Mama Ines Bakery is truly impressive and worth a visit.
