Very clean! The people were so friendly and kind. You felt like you had been invited into their home for a meal ! Some of the best food I had while in Texas. We will be back for more !

I will have to say that my rating is not because of the food, because we didn't get to eat there. The menu looked amazing and everything is homemade!! We had walked for several miles that day and when we got to Cathy's, they were closed. Lots of lunch places close by 2:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon. We opened the door to make sure they were no longer serving. Everything was clean -- spic and span -- like you would want a restaurant and very inviting!
They confirmed they were closed and we asked if there was any place in town open where we could eat. They recommended Johnny's BBQ and gave us directions. We told them we were on foot and had walked all day. Cathy then asked if we would like for her to drive us over to Johnny's, across the freeway.
WOW!!! Where can you find such a kind and helpful attitude?!?!?
We were very tired and so thankful for the recommendation and a ride to the restaurant.
If this isn't a great reason to eat there, I don't know what would be. We will actually get to try the delicious looking food next time!!!
