The dining experience at Chatman's Chicken was truly remarkable, marked by exceptional service and delicious food. Mr. Chatman himself was welcoming and friendly, which added a personal touch to the visit. The fried chicken was crispy and flavorful, and I particularly enjoyed the collard greens and the fried riblets, making this a memorable outing that I look forward to repeating.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! How is it even POSSIBLE to fry fish and it comes out without ANY grease in it? This is insane...they sell out of the fish on a regular basis because it's soooooo delicious. I live in Houston but I'm in Austin right now. But their wings and fish are sooo good....I'm literally going to drive an hour out of my way, just to get some, so I can eat it on my way back to Houston.
