Horrible and I mean horrible. Messed up multiple sandwiches from my order. I order a salad for lunch and they tell me 15 minutes later they don't have lettuce to make my salad. The lady then is forcing me to get a refund on my app instead of taking my name down. This CFA has gone downhill if it was ever uphill.
