Chico's Tacos has been a beloved El Paso staple for ages, and even though the flavors have changed a bit with the new locations, the nostalgia is still strong. I dove into their rolled tacos smothered in that deliciously messy tomato sauce and cheesy goodness, and while they may not taste exactly like my childhood, they still hit the spot after a night out. Plus, the crinkle-cut fries and that spicy green sauce are absolute must-haves - just remember to bring cash if you want to enjoy this late-night treasure!
