I order at Chili's every week, and have been a customer at the Liberty location since they opened here. I was very excited about their establishment here in Liberty, since this is a small town. Lately, I have been very disappointed with the service I have received and I will be going to other restaurants to eat. I normally order for pickup. Last time that I placed my order, over the phone I was put on hold, over 20 minutes. I was able to drive all the way to their location, while on hold. The manager owed me 6.00 credit for a tip that was taken out on a previous order, without my consent. I was charged 2.99 each before, for 2 small containers of butter sauce. I don't see this establishment being around much longer.
