Chopsticks is awesome!!! The food is really good and not that expensive.

Visited restaurant in CVM 7/3/10, shortly after noon. The food looked horrible, especially the brocolli and beef - it looked like yesterday's leftovers.
We used to enjoy this restaurant often, but over the past 2-4 years it seems to have gone down in quality.
We have decided to not go there any more.
