Perfect for my family, two big game rooms, friendly atmosphere. Fresh hot pizza, cold salad, and the desserts are to die for.

Don't go there!!!

According to http://www.cicis.com/locations/tx-terrell-1896-w-moore-ave, the current adult buffet price at this location is $6.49, and the child buffet price at this location is $3.49. My wife and I were told by the manager that we couldn't get another meal (another buffet?) because she and I were a party. Eventually, we were "allowed" to get another buffer for $9.15. I was handed a red cup even though I wasn't asked if I wanted a drink or not (which I would have said no because my family is on a tight budget and because again "...the current adult buffet price at this location is $6.49..."). And I, being the trusing fool of thinking Cici's was not about taking advantage of the customer, went with it.

As my wife later said, this location got our money. Some of us who come to Cici's do so because we're on a tight budget, so getting charged $9.15 instead of $6.49 is a big deal.

Seeing the manager grinning but not making eye contact didn't help in the feeling that my family was scammed.

And, upon seeing a cochroach scamper out from the seat, my wife quite understandably was ready to go.
