Terrible! No longer a buffet. You get to wait for someone to serve you, limit your selection per trip to pizza display, then chose from dry at best warm pizza product. If you want to be served pizza go someplace that makes it fresh. Honestly now CiCis is not a value and you get worse service from established pizzerias.
