Nestled south of Navasota on South LaSalle St, Circle 4 BBQ serves up some of the most tender BBQ I've ever tasted, accompanied by generous portions of sides at prices that feel like a gift. My sliced beef sandwich, served on soft white bread with a pleasantly peppery tomato sauce, was satisfying, while the ribs practically fell off the bone, leaving me with nothing but clean bones and a smile. Though the sides were more ordinary, the warmth of the owners and the bustling crowd of satisfied customers made this hidden treasure an unforgettable culinary experience.
