After 30 years, stepping into City Meat Market felt like a nostalgic return, with the familiar rustic ambience and the mouthwatering aroma of smoked meats. The brisket and sausage surpassed my expectations, reminding me why this is my favorite BBQ destination, and the option to buy uncooked sausage for home smoking is just an added bonus!

Have have been eating at the meat market in Giddings Texas since 1973 we come from Dallas Texas to visit the meat market and get some links and brisket and ribs thank you great service
