Cotton Patch Cafe in Palestine has really stepped up its game, offering a wonderful dining experience with delicious dishes like the Cajun Grill Duo and crispy fried green tomatoes paired with tasty dips. The service was friendly and attentive, and the modern, clean atmosphere was a pleasant surprise compared to what I expected. Despite a bit of noise, the food quality and customer care make it worth visiting again.

Sylyna is an awesome, sufficient and very pleasant waitress. My visit was great.

The service was slow. The pot roast was not pot roast. It had banked carrots and banked potatoes? or fried. Then on top of it was the roast. Then they added dark gravy. It was like the gravy you make from a mix. Very disappointed.
