Nestled near Nijinsky market off PCH, the bustling atmosphere buzzes with anticipation as orders flow seamlessly through QR codes, bringing generous, flavorful dim sum straight to the patio. Though the service is brisk and the tables close, the fresh, hearty dumplings and standout dishes like siu mai and mango pudding create a comforting rhythm that keeps me coming back again and again.
