I haven't had much issue here however we wanted DQ one night and we wanted to call it in. The first call we waited for a long time with no answer. We know they get busy so we decided to call back. Second time they answered but didn't say anything. We could hear the conversation they were having with someone but they ignored us. We hung up and tried again and same thing happened. They picked up just so the phone could stop ringing.
