Love the food and Soft Serve here, but the owner is a cheapskate!!! I went in today to have a full meal in a nice cool atmosphere and ended up getting a small cone and eating it in MY air conditioned CAR! I asked an employee if the AC was broke, but was told that's where the owner keeps it set. It was 98 degrees out today and I was perspiring INSIDE while waiting to put in an order. Had to change my mind on getting a meal- only got a small cone then went somewhere else for dinner. It was ridiculously hot inside! Don't see how the workers could stand to work the grill or fryers. I want to relax and enjoy my food, but there was no way to do so in that overheated dining room. I'll wait to go here again when it's 60 degrees or cooler outside. ALSO - the soap dispenser has been empty in the bathroom numerous times. Hope the employees have somewhere else to wash their hands.

I went the other day to get two combos and two blizzards and after pulling around and waiting patiently.I had a young lady come and bring my food, made a judging comment about what I ordered.I think about all the friends and family members that have suffered with eating disorders. How are words could have caused a spiraling effect on them. I'm fairly disappointed and really hope that people could choose their words carefully in the future.

We love the Quinlan DQ. Drive from Greenville at least once per week to eat at DQ.

I gave this DQ in Quinlan another shot tables nasty, food cold 😝 at least they delivered the food to the correct table this time. Go with eyes 👀 wide open.
