While visiting the Rio Grande Valley, I couldn't resist trying the tamales at Delia's, and they were truly exceptional - bursting with flavor and perfectly moist. I opted for a half dozen of the chicken tamales, which paired perfectly with the side salad. The service was outstanding, and the green salsa added an extra kick of deliciousness to the meal.
